I am Assistant Professor in the department of Public Health Sciences at Karolinska Institutet, Sweden, and visiting Researcher in the department of Mathematics at the University of Namur, Belgium. My background is in Physics and Informatics but most of my work is related to network science, particularly, network modeling and analysis, dynamics on and of networks, random walks, and applications of networks to epidemiology.
Diffusion on networked systems is a question of time or structure[more]
Bursts of Vertex Activation and Epidemics in Evolving Networks [more]
Simulated epidemics in an empirical spatiotemporal network of 50,185 sexual contacts [more]
Information dynamics shape the sexual networks of Internet-mediated prostitution [more]
